All Casa de Esperanza employees are subject to a strict employment policy regarding confidentiality.

The Information We Collect:

This notice applies to all information collected from our community partners, including volunteers, donors and all who are interested in our programs. To make a request, receive materials, join our mailing list, or make a donation, personal information collected includes:

  • Payment Information (Donations Only)

When you make a gift in memory of or in honor of an individual, notification may be sent directly to the honoree or family of the deceased. In this circumstance, personal information of the person to be notified is requested:

  • Address
  • Email Address
  • Phone number

If you do not wish your name to be listed as a donor in Casa de Esperanza publications, please make that request with your donation.

How We Use Information

We use the information you provide to complete your donation and send an acknowledgement. We also add you to our mailing or email list to receive our newsletter and other important information about our programs.

Casa de Esperanza does not share, sell or otherwise release personal information to outside parties. Donor names may be listed in our Annual Report, other publications, and funding requests unless you choose to make your gift anonymously. Major donations are listed in our annual tax reporting to the extent required by law.

Our Commitment to Data Security

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy and ensure the privacy of personal information, appropriate physical, electronic and managerial procedures are in place to safeguard and secure the information we collect.

Our Commitment to Children’s Privacy

Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, we never collect or maintain information at our website from those we actually know are under 13 and no part of our website is structured to attract anyone under the age of 13.
