Items Needed After Hurricane Harvey

At this time, we are still assessing specific client needs of those individuals and families within our After-care, Community Foster Care, Post- Adopt, and Parent Support programs, however we have compiled a list of items that we have run out (or low) on that can help us continue to run our residential program and continue to provide for families that look to us as a resource.
The list is as follows (Ordered from most important down):
Primary need:  Baby wipes

Pantry/ Non-Perishable Food Items
  • Canned goods
  • Fresh Produce
  • Dry Goods (Rice, pasta, cereal, snacks, soup, flour, box meals, etc.)

Diaper Sizes 4, 5, and 6

  • 2T/3T – Girl
  • 3T/4T – Girl and boy
  • 4T/5T – Girl and 2 boys
  • Similac Advanced
  • Similac Neosure
Household items
  • Paper Towels
  • Toilet Paper
  • Trash Bags
  • Lysol Wipes
Outside of the above list, at this time we are also asking for gift cards that we can distribute to our clients. Often times this allows them to address their needs directly and also helps us with regard to storage spacing and transport to families.

Thanks to all for your support of Casa de Esperanza and the city of Houston!
