Casa de Esperanza can accept monetary donations by credit card, check, and cash. We also accept donations made through charitable vehicles such as Donor Advised Funds (DAF), gifts of appreciated stock, IRA rollovers, and bequests. Please contact us with questions about any of these charitable vehicles.
Our Funding
Casa de Esperanza is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, which relies entirely upon the generosity of the community. One hundred percent of the operating budget is raised from private sources. No government or public funds are accepted, nor is Casa affiliated with the United Way. No fees are charged for any of Casa de Esperanza's services. Casa de Esperanza meets the Better Business Bureau's Guides for Giving and is listed in the Better Business Bureau's Report on Philanthropy in Houston. And, we have earned the Platinum Seal of Transparency by Guidestar by Candid. Casa de Esperanza has been given 3 Stars by Charity Navigator. Our Tax EIN # is 76-0105306.
