Casa de Esperanza Breaks Ground For Its New Neighborhood

Casa de Esperanza de los Niņos is pleased to announce that it has begun a monumental endeavor to continue helping children affected by abuse, neglect or HIV/AIDS. On June 5th, 2006, Casa de Esperanza broke ground for its new "Casa Neighborhood."  The design of the new neighborhood setting includes ten new children's homes that will be constructed and completed by next summer. This planned community will allow Casa to centralize the care given to children who are currently being cared for in various Casa homes throughout Houston.

David Weekley Homes is building the homes on the site at the company's cost and the neighborhood's infrastructure (streets, sidewalks, water and sewer systems) are being provided by The Morgan Group also at cost.  When the project is completed, Kathy Andrews Interiors will provide the design services for the homes.
