It wasn’t snowing on January 20 when the Fort Bend community gathered to finally celebrate Wish Upon a Season after it was canceled on its original December 4 date by the unique snow and ice conditions that day. Chairs were Gina Miller and Tami McGuire. Libby and Clyde King gave a heartwarming update on “Baby” James who they adopted from Casa de Esperanza a year ago. Our wonderful dinner at Safari Texas Ranch was accompanied by a fabulous auction and the presentation by Dee Koch of our father/daughter honorees, Stars of Today and Tomorrow:
