As of April 4, 2011, Casa de Esperanza de los Ninos, Inc. has been added to the Juror's Donation Authorization Form. This means that when you are called for jury duty, you can choose to direct your daily fees to Casa de Esperanza.
On October 3, 2008, Congress passed the Emergency Economic Stabilization Act of 2008 (H.R. 1424), legislation that includes a two-year extension of the IRA charitable rollover. The provision, originally enacted as part of the Pension Protection Act of 2006 (PPA), permits IRA owners starting at age 70½ to make tax-free charitable gifts totaling up to $100,000 per year from their IRAs directly to eligible charities.
Matching Gifts
Does your employer have a matching program? Multiply your donation by submitting the appropriate paperwork to your employer or forward it to Casa de Esperanza for completion.
Bequests
Including Casa de Esperanza in your will is an excellent way to ensure that the work of Casa will continue.
Annual Gala
Casa de Esperanza's major fundraising event is a Gala held in the spring each year. Individuals and corporations can contribute to the success of the gala through underwriting, donation of auction items or volunteering for one of the various committees.

Our Funding
Casa de Esperanza is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, which relies entirely upon the generosity of the community. One hundred percent of the operating budget is raised from private sources. No government or public funds are accepted, nor is Casa affiliated with the United Way. No fees are charged for any of Casa de Esperanza's services. Casa de Esperanza meets the Better Business Bureau's Guides for Giving and is listed in the Better Business Bureau's Report on Philanthropy in Houston.
